Note regarding reservations
With more than 1000 members at Lone Tree Golf Course, responsible and accurate attention to reservations are vital so all can enjoy the facilities. Please keep in mind the following important booking details:
- It is the Member's responsiblity to reserve tee times. Members must call or go into the golf shop to make the reservation each time. Please do not assume the staff will "just do it for you".
- Reminder, enhanced access to tee times is based on the membership type:
- Loyalty Members: 14 days prior.
- Golfers Advantage Plus Members: 8 days prior.
- Golfers Advantage Members: 7 days prior.
- General Public: 7 days prior.
- Accuracy of tee times and cancellations:
- Members are required to book an accurate # of players for their reservations.
- Habitual or gross neglect in # of reserved players may result in limited reservation times going forward or forfeiture of membership.
- Always call the Golf Shop as soon as you know there is an adjustment required for the number of players in your reservation; even if less than an hour. Staff can fill tee times often within minutes.
